Ed Rochenski | Vice President, Software Development

Ed Rochenski started his career in software with Information Mapping, developing software and support tools to enhance business communications.

He was recruited by Perceptive Informatics, as a Senior Software Engineer, where he designed and developed FDA regulated (CFR-Part-11) web-based applications for use in clinical trials. His responsibilities included working on the team that provided web-based clinical software to help customers accelerate the drug development process through innovation. This experience gave him expertise in helping customers to maximize the benefits of an integrated clinical trial technology suite by providing flexible software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications and leading technology services. These skills would come into play when he joined Simplified Clinical Data a few years later.

Mr. Rochenski decided to form his own software consulting firm and ended up on a project team for Rockwell Collins, a commercial aerospace corporation, which provides innovative communication and aviation electronics for flight, the exploration of space, and battlespace interoperability. The customer base included commercial and government entities in the areas of integrating systems for mobile platforms, communication, navigation, and flight control.

Ed Rochenski joined Simplified Clinical as Director of Software Development to design and engineer the Clinical Discovery Platform. He also provides consulting services for complex client projects. Ed oversees all aspects of software design, development, testing, quality assurance/quality control, compliance, and custom requirements.
