Simplified Clinical Data Systems will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third-party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without express permission.


Simplified Clinical Data Systems, LLC may share data with business partners contracted to execute clinical trials-specific activities for the study sponsors. These third parties will only use personal data as directed by Simplified Clinical Data Systems, LLC, and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. Simplified Clinical Data Systems, LLC is responsible for any data provided to such parties and assumes liability.

Simplified Clinical Data Systems, LLC has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) regarding unresolved Privacy Shield complaints. These bodies may function as binding arbitrators in applicable situations.
