The Simplified Clinical EDC System is intuitive and therefore extremely easy-to-use. We don’t have to spend a lot of training time – either internally or externally – to use the system. However, we’ve used the system for all of our IDE and PMA submissions, including our Vivistim System PMA approval in 2021. So their system provides all the regulatory compliance and audit trails needed for FDA submissions.

It is a huge milestone to have the TRACE database officially closed and to have the final files. Thank you for all of your work with the registry. You were involved in the study even before I came on board in January 2010 and you have been such a valuable partner and resource! There have been innumerable activities, conversations, and messages over these 11+ years. You were always quick with a reply or action and we truly appreciate your guidance and support along the way – especially through two acquisitions and a change in the database platform!

I wanted to share some excellent feedback that we received. We wrapped up the adjudication study and presented the results to the adjudication committee on Monday. The feedback was that the system worked great, literally the smoothest adjudication that some of the members have ever conducted. The portal itself (ease of access & ease of use) received a thumbs up from the head of the adjudication committee who has worked with the best providers in the space.
